Payment Policy

An order proceeds to preparation only after payment authorization succeeds. Checkout shows the currency and methods available for the transaction. Card symbols in the footer are a merchant-directed display and do not mean each card type was separately test-paid.

Authorization decisions

An issuer or processor can approve, decline, review, or temporarily reserve funds. Incorrect billing details, security checks, and issuer rules may affect the result. The issuer can explain its own hold, decline, conversion, or posting schedule.

Protect payment information

Do not send complete card credentials through a support message. Use Contact Us for store-side assistance. After approval, we process and initiate a refund to the original payment method within 10 days; subsequent posting time is controlled by the financial provider.
